VALENTINO MEN'S LANDMARK HK RE-OPENING

This weekend I got to attend Valentino's men store re-opening in Landmark with my bestie, and I have so many good things to say. Although getting to the registration booth was terribly difficult due to the swarm of fans crowding around the entrance, we got in with a glow-in-the-dark stamp (very clever as it doesn't stain your arm), and walked in holding our breaths - the space was filled with industry elites and VIPs, and we were the odd ones out. It took a while of catching our breaths and hyperventilating to realise where we were and what we were doing - it sounds embarrassing but oh boy was it intimidating at first. Embarrassment aside, the newly renovated shop space was classy with beautiful and nicely crafted lighting, and lets not even mention how much detail and love was put into the designs of the changing rooms. On top of this, the F/W14 collection for the Valentino man was on point and full of statement pieces, as expected of the brand that propagates trends and pieces with an extreme care and attention towards detail and quality. One of their statement pieces for the season is the horoscope loafer with uniquely stitched designs for each horoscope, with studs embellished at the rim - a continuation of their hallmark.

Check out some of the things I saw (they will be holding another event in November, so stay tuned for more pics then!):

Despite missing some of the celebrity guests and the beginning of the event (tip: be on time if you want to catch them), the atmosphere was eye-opening, and one that I was so glad I got to experience. I hope you liked this too!
